Larch Winter Maintenance Begins

Now that all of my Larches have dropped their needles, its time to begin the annual wiring and styling marathon. I have quite a lot of these to do and it really does feel like an endurance test sometimes but it has to be done. Here are a few that I will be working on in the coming weeks.

I have been working on this first group for several years and some of them are now looking pretty good.

This group are newer projects and still have a way to go.

This one was a three foot high completed bonsai that I wasn’t very fond of. It was chopped back to a single branch at the start of this year in order to start again.

I will post more pictures of these trees as the maintenance and wiring is completed.
